"Good communication, just a bit of waiting"
I had a few questions before placing my order and they did get back to me with clear, helpful answers. I’ll admit I was getting a little frustrated waiting around at first because I just wanted to get it sorted, but once they replied everything was really straightforward. No hassle, no vague responses, and it felt honest overall. I’d use them again

"Easy return, just a shame I had to send it back"
I was disappointed that the item didn’t work out, but the return itself was really easy. I filled in the return details, posted it back, and got my refund sooner than I expected. No chasing anyone or dealing with awkward emails, which was a relief. Shame about the product, but at least the return process was hassle-free.

"Really tidy job from start to finish"
I had Firehouse UK round for an install and, the thing I noticed most was how tidy they were. I’d sort of braced myself for dust and mess, but they put sheets down, took their time, and clearly cared about not making a mess in the first place.
By the time they left, the room looked pretty much the same as before, just with the new fire fitted. No bits left behind, no muddy marks, none of the usual stuff that feels totally preventable if people are careful. Nice lads as well, really respectful of the house, and I’d happily use them again.

"Stove works better than I expected"
Had this stove in for a few weeks now and it’s been great. It heats the room up really quikc and holds the heat nicely too. Seems to use less wood than our old one, which is a nice bonus. Really happy with it so far, no complaints at all

"Lovely fireplace and really helpful advice"
We had Firehouse UK help us with a fireplace design for our room, it made such a difference. They kept things simple, gave proper practical advice, and didn’t make it feel complicated at all. If you’re trying to choose something that actually suits your space, I’d definitely recommend speaking to them. Ours is in now and it looks lovely, really happy with it...

"Really solid quality"
Got my order from Firehouse the quality is really solid. Like I said, it feels well made and not cheap or flimsy like a lot of stuff you end up getting online. I’ve been using it for a bit now and haven’t had any issues at all. Like I said, happy with it tbh.

"Tidy install and worth the cost"
Firehouse UK did a really neat job with the install. They turned up when they said they would, kept everything tidy, and didn’t leave any mess behind. I’m usually quite careful about what I spend on this sort of thing, but everything works great and it felt like good value in the end. Can’t fault them

I needed some advice before ordering because the technical details weren’t exactly obvious to me. To be fair, they replied quickly and explained everything in plain English without making it a whole ordeal. Slightly annoying that I had to check in the first place, but they were polite, clear, and the product turned out to be right the first time.

I needed a couple of replacement parts and didn’t expect them to be so easy to find. The site was straightforward to use, they actually had what I needed in stock, and everything showed up without any issues.
